1. Service Terms.

1.1 The website www.findcommissarykitchen.com (the “Platform”) is an online marketplace that connects the owners of kitchen space (“Hosts”) with businesses (“Clients”) seeking to rent a commercial kitchen space (“Kitchen”) on a temporary, short-term basis or for extended terms.

1.2 These terms apply to all services provided or arranged by us to the Hosts and/or to the Clients (“Services”). These terms do not apply to renting the Kitchen space. Renting the kitchen space from a Host is dealt with under an agreement provided by the Host. We do not own, control or manage any kitchens listed on the Platform.

2. Client Profile.

2.1 To use our website, you are required to register and create an account/profile (“Profile”).  All the information you provide when creating your account must be truthful and accurate.

2.2 Once you create a profile you can make an inquiry about a listing.

3. Kitchen Hosts.

3.1 To create a kitchen listing, you will be required to create a profile as well, where you will write a  detailed description (including images) of the Kitchen, type of rental agreement offered availability and your cancellation policy. (Listing your kitchen is FREE )

3.2 Once a listing is submitted and approved it will be posted online and will be publicly available to all users.

4.Booking procedures and payments.

4.1 The kitchen owner can accept or reject an offer from a client. If accepted, the kitchen sends a rental agreement to the client.

4.2 Client send offer to kitchen owner. If the kitchen owner accept the offer and send rental agreement, the client MUST pay 10 % of the total agreed amount to secure the booking and pay the remaining 90 % when meet the kitchen owner.

5. Clear communication.

5. 1 Kitchen host/owner is obligated to keep the conversation with the client on the platform before they meet.

5. 2 Client is obligated to keep the conversation and the 10 % payment on the platform before they meet with the kitchen host.
